PVC Plastic Pad Frame and Evaporative (Celdek) Cooling Pad System
AQUA MAKER is a modular PVC plastic Pad Frame System designed for poultry cooling and greenhouse cooling systems. It is an innovative Evaporative pad frame system with minimal installation requirements, simple maintenance and easy replacement of Evaporative cooling pads. There is no rusted metal frame in the external environment. The bottom trough contains enough water to eliminate an external water tank. The system can be mounted to the desired pad size, desired length and all mounting accessories are included in Aqua Maker Boxes.

The special float group can be mounted at any desired location at the front of the system.

Dripping System
It allows incoming water to filter and land on the radiators. This system ensures even wetting of the radiators.

Water Tank
The lower chamber is where water is stored. This section eliminates the need for a separate water tank. One meter can store 30 liters of water.

Top Bracket
The system opens from the top, allowing the honeycombs to be easily removed. The honeycomb papers can be easily cleaned and reinstalled. This extends the life of the honeycomb papers.

Tank Float System
When the water stored in the lower chamber runs low, it adds water to the system, thus preventing water waste.

These are the support legs that enable the system to be mounted on a wall or panel.

Additional part that allows closing the lower gutter part of the system by supporting it from the sides

Water Pump
It is the equipment that regulates the pressure of the water during operation of the system and ensures that it passes through the pipes.
Options are available between 0.50 HP and 1.5 HP.
